PM Laptop Scheme Phase-IV – Laptop Distribution Ceremony (University of Kotli AJK)
The Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Phase-IV (2024–25) has officially entered its distribution stage, and the University of Kotli AJK has released the formal notification for the laptop award ceremony.
To maintain complete authenticity and trust for students, the official notice image has been included below, confirming the schedule and required documents.
This ceremony is exclusively for students who have been marked as “Selected” in the Final Merit List published by HEC.
Laptop Distribution Ceremony – Official Details (As per Notice)
According to the official document issued by the Directorate of Students’ Financial Aid (University of Kotli AJK), the ceremony will take place as follows:
Date: 25 November 2025
Time: 09:30 AM (Sharp)
Venue: Multipurpose Hall, University of Kotli AJK
All selected awardees must bring attested documents, verified by their HOD or relevant authority:
Original CNIC
Photocopy of CNIC
Passport-size photograph
Degree / DMC / Transcript / Result Card showing the CGPA used during application
The notice clearly states that students without complete documents will not receive their laptops. Timely presence is mandatory for smooth verification.
